There has been an avalanche of media in the recent movie The Secret and the theme of the film, the Law of Attraction. For those who have not seen the film, his role was to introduce the universal law that “like attracts like, we focus on what to receive,” or “for every action there is a reaction.” For these theories of learning that a person can come to accept any land in the center of his life to a healthier place for securing the prosperity and happiness.

The world as we know it is right this minute those people who want to see the glass half full and those who see it half empty. Critics of the film have been adjusted to zero in the fact that the people who made the film are benefiting from it. Uh … duh. People soccer coach for the love of teaching (or football), and to earn a living. What is wrong with people making a living doing what you love if teaching, performance, sale of soap, or any number of countless activities in that it is not good and evil. That’s like saying that it should not pay the milk man … which should deliver the milk for free because our body needs milk. Dairy seems to forget that the funds are required to buy their own milk.

Other critics have focused on the fact that the film does not give full details of the Law of Attraction and, therefore, has caused people to believe in magical thinking . During my life I have seen thousands of films and I never expected to get 100% of the facts and data over a period of 90 minutes on a subject I’m studying. This is simply nonsense! Can a person be a concert pianist in a period of 90 minutes of practice?

It is my opinion that this movie does a great job of introducing the teaching of the Law of Attraction to people who have never heard of it. Is opening our eyes to greater possibilities for their lives. Sample of people who do not have to settle for crumbs of bread when there is a freshly baked bread bread sitting in front of them. However, I do not think for a moment that a film has time to “do everything”. If people are serious about making a complete change in lifestyle that may have to continue their study and then implement the lessons until you become a habit. For those who are beginning their journey to the abundance there is a wealth of information that are (just open your browser) and many schools and coaches that can help.

Do I agree that people should have to pay several thousand dollars for a bottle of milk (or Law of Attraction information) when it is not the same bottle of milk for sale at much less? NO, of course not! I do not support those who earn a lot more than it has for the product or service they offer. I support education to offer more value than what they paid for no matter what service or product to offer. This leaves everyone happy and satisfied.
