By now you’ve seen or heard of a film called The Secret, has been highlighted in the TV show Oprah and has been aggressively marketed on the Internet. The Secret film is described as a self-help and uses a documentary format to present “The Law of Attraction.” The film has been reported as a “phenomenon of self-help,” a publishing phenomenon “and a” cultural phenomenon. “The Secret contains wisdom of the masters of today - men and women who have used it to achieve health, wealth and happiness. The film makes you aware of its power to change using the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction is the essence of the message of the film. The Law of Attraction says that what we think of what essentially is to attract in your life. This means that everything is within your field of possibility if you want to strongly believe in it, and take steps to achieve it.

The film makes it sound like all these signs are new. However, they are not.

The New Thought book The Science of getting rich, published in 1900, is the inspiration for the film and even book was preceded by many others like the 1906 book Thought Vibration or the Law of Attraction in the world thought William Walker Atkinson and the master key system written in 1912 by Charles F Haanel, has been rumored that the master key system is the book that Bill Gates of Microsoft read when I was a college student and paved the way for him to become a multi-millionaire.

Many of these old books focus on how to use the Law of Attraction to attract wealth.

Money is a means of exchange that is used by all people in a civilized world of the products or services.

Money on its own is neither good nor bad. But perhaps you have been taught that the pursuit of money is bad?

People associate money with greed and evil will never see the good you can make money from the Law of Attraction will not bring positive experiences with money in their lives. However, while going into the mindset of the attraction of wealth, the money will come to you so fast and furiously that you’ll wonder if it has been hiding all these lean years, is all to do with where it is its intention.

The Secret is all about the power of intention. The “secret” is twofold: firstly, the power of thinking good thoughts, and secondly, the fact that the key to our happiness or unhappiness. The more you can feel your intention, the more power that is the attraction.

You begin to understand the hidden, the untapped power within you, and this revelation can bring joy to all aspects of their lives.

Is this really new information? I hope you can see that it is not.

As long as you keep in mind that The Law of Attraction has been known and written about thousands of years, The Secret contains information that can be life altering, but you can certainly find in another part of the same information, often for free and in much greater detail.
